CUTTING SECTION
A special mark to mark system are the technologies used by Boutiques Asia Pvt. Ltd. to make precise patterns and grading as well as planning a layout for efficient and accurate cutting. In-line inspection of cut goods is carried out before it is transferred to the stitching department.
PRINTING SECTION
Printing services are outsourced by our personal vendors under strong supervision. Boutiques Asia Pvt. Ltd. provides sleek Heat Transfer services, with the highly skilled professionals that make our operations easy.
STITCHING SECTION
We have installed Pegasus, Yamato and Jack Brand pneumatic machines garmenting polo shirts, pieced garments, rugby, hen leys and other styles. Belt covers, pulley guards on stitching machines, and safety equipment like mouth masks and eye cover glasses are used for health and safety procedures.
